Future Auckland Leaders Programme

“The real journey of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.” – Marcel Proust

The Future Auckland Leaders' programme is a unique leadership development programme utilising in-depth understanding of the city and access to city leaders to provide a rich, real-world context to develop participant experience and understanding of business, personal, city and civic leadership.

Nominated by Committee for Auckland members from within their respective organisations, participants are individuals with demonstrated strong leadership already and with succession potential. The Future Auckland Leaders Programme (FAL) taps into the energy and insight of these emergent leaders, cultivating their talents and passion for Auckland to develop city-enhancing projects.

The Committee for Auckland invests in Future Auckland Leaders (FAL) to make a contribution to our city now and for the future. FAL is designed and delivered specifically to develop leadership in and for the future Auckland.
