The Programme's Aims
At the end of the course it is expected that participants will:
- be better-informed about Auckland's key drivers and issues
- have met some of the leading individuals and organisations
- understand the interrelatedness of these areas
- understand the importance of Auckland's success and wellbeing to New Zealand
- understand Auckland's place internationally
and....
- understand what good leadership entails
- have developed their own leadership skills
- and understand their own leadership capabilities and aptitudes (civic, corporate or community)
- have developed a drive and zeal for helping to make Auckland "one of the world's great places to live and work".
