1. To establish a best practice/emerging practice network for individuals and businesses working in the Maori Business Strategy arena
2. To share and learn from what other leading organisations are doing in this space
3. To increase cultural literacy and staff diversity
4. To develop networks with Iwi/Maori businesses and Maori graduates
5. To grow Maori/Iwi business for Auckland/NZ
6. To enjoy knowledge exchange opportunities with contemporaries working in this arena
